Gerald W. Merlet, President/CEO:  Jerry, as he is known, served during Fox River State Bank’s first 2 ½ years as SVP & Chief Financial Officer. Jerry brings with him 35 years of banking experience in financial management while serving in numerous financial and executive capacities. Barbara A. Robert F. Wolf, SVP Business Banking:   Bob brings over 25 years of Wisconsin-based business banking experience to Fox River State Bank. His background includes a wide variety of experience working with different types of businesses. Jeffery A. Schmid, SVP Operations:  Jeff joined the bank in March 2004 as Vice President of Operations with more than 19 years of bank experience.  In his management role he is responsible for deposit operations, loan operations, audit, compliance, security and information technology. Jeff's primary focus for Fox River State Bank is promoting efficiency, managing risk and implementing new products and services.  Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Financial Institution Products Company, a subsidiary of Wisconsin Bankers Association.  Jeff is both a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager and a Certified Risk Professional.  jschmid@foxriverstatebank.com
